Monica B. Stallings

Monica is an experienced family lawyer, practicing both traditional litigation and collaborative law. She began her career in civil litigation and tax controversy in Houston, Texas and Seattle, Washington. Since moving to Austin, Ms. Stallings has focused exclusively on family law, primarily practicing in Travis County, Williamson County, and the surrounding areas. She serves clients in a wide range of matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody and visitation, collaborative law, child support, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modifications and enforcements of prior orders, and protective orders.

Monica serves her clients with empathy and integrity, as well as creative, collaborative, and thoughtful advocacy.
